Do I need anything ready?
The address of your site is enough. Admin access only if you want a live look at the back end, and only if you are comfortable giving it.
Who am I talking to?
One operator, and the person on the call is the person who builds the store. There is no account manager and no handoff after you sign.
Can I call instead of booking a time?
Yes. The number is in the header and the footer of every page, and we answer during business hours, San Francisco time.
