Storefronts run on Shopify. Anything past a storefront runs on a custom stack on Vercel. Triage happens wherever your site already lives.

Move up a tier later and everything you already paid comes off the higher price.

The first three builds go out at founding rates. In return we publish the work under your name and you take a call from the next jeweler who asks.

One operator, compared with an agency

Two of these rows favor the agency. If you need what an agency offers, hire one.

Who does the work

Us:One operator. The person on the call ships the site.

Agency:A team you meet after signing. Staff changes mid-project.

24/7 team coverage

Us:No. One operator.

Agency:Yes. Larger agencies staff around the clock.

Many builds at once

Us:No. A few clients at a time, deliberately.

Agency:Yes. Big teams run parallel projects.

Price before work starts

Us:Fixed figure in writing, or scoped on one call.

Agency:Often a retainer. Scope changes cost extra.

Contract terms

Us:Month to month. 30 days written notice.

Agency:6 to 12 month contracts are common.

Who owns the site

Us:You do. Accounts, domain, code, content.

Agency:Varies. Read the fine print.

What jewelers ask before they sign

Is the figure on this page the figure I pay?

Yes. The price you see is the price in the contract, and it does not move after you sign. If you ask for something outside the scope we agreed, it gets quoted before any of it is built.

Do I have to sign a monthly contract?

No. The build is a one-time cost. Monthly care is optional, month to month, and cancels on thirty days written notice.

What if I pick the wrong tier?

Move up a tier later and everything you already paid comes off the higher price. Nothing is wasted by starting small.

Who owns the site when we are done?

You do. The accounts, the domain, the code and the content are in your name from the first day, including the media platform and the Cloudflare account it runs on.

Are you the right fit for my shop?

We fit an independent jeweler or a small chain that already sells, or is ready to, and wants to own what gets built. We are the wrong fit if you need a crew on the work every day, if you are shopping only on price, or if what you need most is photography, ad management or a logo. Those are on the rate card as things we do not do.

How long does a build take?

Triage is two days. Foundation is two to three weeks, Growth Engine three to four, Flagship five to seven. The same timeline is agreed in writing before the work starts.

What platform do you build on?

Storefronts run on Shopify. Anything past a storefront runs on a custom stack on Vercel. Triage happens wherever your site already lives.

I already have a site. Do I have to throw it away?

No. If the site works and something on it is broken, Triage fixes that in two days and hands the keys back. A rebuild is what you buy when the site itself is the thing in the way, and we will say which one you are looking at before you pay for either.

What happens if the build does not pass?

The checklist is published in full, and each of the twelve checks names the tiers that deliver it. If your build does not pass every check marked for your tier, on your phone, at handoff, you do not pay the final balance.

Can any video become a spin?

No. It has to be a full orbit, camera fixed, piece turning. Footage that does not go around the piece has no spin in it, and no amount of work changes that. Send us a clip before you shoot the rest and we will tell you.

Do you photograph the jewelry?

No. Photography is check four on the checklist and no build tier covers it. We quote it separately or refer you to someone who does it well.
