How this site uses your information.

The homepage check generates a brief in your browser. Its result link includes your 4 answers, so anyone with the link can read them. Downloading the brief sends the answers to this site to generate the file. These answers do not create a lead record. Visit analytics and recordings are described below.

The booking form collects your name, email, selected time, and any business details or notes you provide. The audit form collects your website address, email, and optional note. The checklist form collects your email and, if you used the checklist, which items you left unchecked.

Form requests also include an IP address used to limit abuse. The site does not collect payment details.

Neon stores form records in a Postgres database. Resend processes request notifications, confirmations, reports and checklist emails. Checklist answers may be included in the notification sent to DDP.

A checklist request sends the checklist email and schedules two follow-ups, 5 and 14 days later.

For an audit, Google PageSpeed Insights receives the website address you submit. That address is also included in the request records and emails.

Vercel hosts the site. Vercel BotID examines request signals to protect the forms from automated abuse. PostHog processes the visit information described below.

PostHog counts page views and interactions. A visit may also be recorded for replay. The site configures PostHog to mask all form inputs in those recordings.

PostHog is configured to keep its analytics state in memory rather than cookies or local storage. Hosting and abuse-protection services also process technical request information.

Lead records are kept while they are useful for following up. Email records are subject to Resend's retention.
