Plain English.

Only what you type into a form, plus your IP address (used to limit abuse). Specifically:

Discovery call: your name, email, business or website, anything you flag, and the time you pick. Site audit: the site URL and your email. Checklist: your email.

We do not collect payment details on this site, and we do not buy or sell personal data.

Form submissions are stored in a Postgres database (Neon) so we have a record of your request, and they are emailed to us through Resend, our email provider. Confirmation emails go back to you the same way.

For a site audit, the URL you submit is sent to Google PageSpeed Insights to measure the page. That is the only third party that sees the audited URL.

That is the whole list: a database, an email provider, and (for audits) Google PageSpeed.

Site analytics run through Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across other sites.

Automated-traffic protection (Vercel BotID) inspects request signals to block bots on the forms; it does not profile you.

We keep lead records as long as they are useful for following up, and email records per Resend’s retention.
